Biography

Florencia Zanovello partner of the firm Poplavsky International Law Offices.

After graduating she began teaching Civil and Commercial Procedural Law I and II at the Universidad del Salvador.

She is a member of the Institute of Procedural Law of the Universidad del Salvador.

In 2010 she completed the PEA, Training Program for Lawyers in FORES and then joined the staff as a teacher of the program.

She completed a Master’s Degree in Tax Law at the ECAE (School of the State Bar Association under the Treasury Office) while practicing in the public sector and then completed a specialization in Organizational Coaching at the University Torcuato Di Tella with the objective of Acquire soft skills.

From the beginning of her career she exercised labor law both collectively and individually and then incorporated the tax specialty with the objective of being able to carry out due diligence for future investors and employers, as well as providing a broader view of the law. Being that both specialties complement each other.

Then she incorporated before the influx of several of her clients in the field of digital commerce, experience in the field of payment processors, digital contracts, digital offers both in services such as products and the Internet, everything related to legal regulation and litigation to local and international level.

She is a member of the San Isidro Bar Association, the Federal Court of Appeals of La Plata and the Capital Federal Bar Association.
